When you submit an inquiry, request Before Lunch updates, or request a Booking Readiness report, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and assessment answers — so we can deliver what you requested and respond where relevant.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your message, calculate and deliver your requested assessment result, send content you explicitly requested, and operate this website. Requesting a readiness report does not subscribe you to the newsletter. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
This site may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, and email delivery. Those providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop sending updates at any time, and you can request access to or deletion of the information you have shared with us by emailing hello@readybylunch.com.
